Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Last updated: October 31, 2026

1. Who we are

This website is run by:

Winsome Boutique
30 N Gould St Ste N
Sheridan, WY 82801, United States
Email: [email protected]

2. Overview

This website publishes product articles and comparisons. You can read everything without an account and without giving us your name or email. We only use personal information to run the website, to measure how our articles and ads perform, and to answer you if you contact us.

"Personal information" means information that relates to you as a person, for example your IP address, details about your device, or your email address. This website is not aimed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

3. Hosting & server logs

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit, Cloudflare automatically processes information your browser sends, such as:

This is needed to deliver the website, keep it secure and stop misuse. Cloudflare keeps these logs only for a short time. More information: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

4. Cookies & your choices

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. Our pages don't need cookies to work. The advertising tool described in section 5 may set cookies so we can measure our ads.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we don't load the Meta Pixel on your visit.

5. Advertising & measurement

To understand which articles are useful and to measure our advertising, we use one tool:

Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram)

Provider: Meta Platforms, Inc., 1 Meta Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA (for visitors in the EU: Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland). The Meta Pixel records that you viewed a page and whether you clicked through to a shop. This helps us see how well our Facebook and Instagram ads work and show them to people likely to be interested. More information: facebook.com/privacy/policy. You can control the ads you see in your Facebook ad preferences.

We don't use Google Analytics or other tracking tools on this website. If that changes, we'll update this policy first.

6. Links to shops

Our articles link to online shops, including shops run by Winsome Boutique such as BarefootGo. When you click one of these links, you leave this website. The link contains tracking codes (for example "utm" codes and the ad click ID) so the shop can see you came from our article and which ad brought you here. We don't pass on your name or contact details.

Once you're on the shop's website, that shop's own privacy policy applies.

7. Contacting us

If you email us, we use what you send us (for example your name, email address and message) only to answer you. We delete it once your question is fully answered, unless we have to keep it by law.

8. Where your data is processed

We are based in the United States, and the services above (Cloudflare and Meta) process data in the United States and other countries. If you visit from the EU or UK, your data may be transferred to the US. These providers use legal safeguards for such transfers, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. How long we keep data

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires. After that, it is deleted or anonymized.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws have these rights under their state law. Visitors from the EU and UK also have the rights given by the GDPR, including the rights to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.

To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We'll answer within the time the law allows.

11. Questions & complaints

If you have a question or concern about your privacy, please contact us first at [email protected] and we'll do our best to help.

If you live in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live or work.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website, the tools we use or the law changes. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
